Track requests
Keep each customer request, missing information and next action together.
Use the free tracker ↗FOR TRADESPEOPLE, WORKSHOPS AND SMALL TEAMS
Keep quote requests, missing information and next actions together. Start with a free tool; connect existing tools once the need is defined.
A CONCRETE EXAMPLE · FOLLOW THE BRIGHT CONNECTION
Furniture workshop · EX-01YOUR CUSTOMER → DA3BOUZ
A request enters through your intake form. A custom email or tool connection is scoped separately.
The customer submits the request.
Fictional example · No messages sent · Decisions stay with your team and customer. Custom connections require integration.

Complete journey: proposal, agreement, delivery and support ↗
ONE ENQUIRY. ONE CONTINUOUS THREAD.
The network above is a conceptual simulation. Here is the practical workflow being built into the tools. Your team reviews the proposal and records customer decisions.
01 / DA3BOUZ
A workshop receives a request to connect its quote form to its tracking tool.
02 / WASABIA
Scope, deliverables, five working days and a fictional €290 price: reviewed before sending.
03 / CUSTOMER
The actual customer response is recorded against the exact proposal version.
04 / KACI + WASABIA
Four controlled tests, customer acceptance, a handover guide and a recovery procedure.
Illustrative case and price, no real client. Custom integrations require scoping and a separate quote. HADDA helps you prepare the brief before you begin.

Prepare my project ↗YOUR FIRST STEP
Start with a fictional enquiry. No account or card. Records stay in this browser; export a backup.
Open the free tracker ↗Your selection stays on this page. It submits no enquiry and creates no account.

01
Your incoming channel, tools and one example request. No sensitive customer files needed.
02
Scope, acceptance checks, costs and access to confirm before any commitment.
03
Complete, incomplete, duplicate and interrupted requests, then documentation and a recovery path.
No. Start with the need: DA3 Starter for a free local tracker, WASABIA for a private workspace, DA3BOUZ for a scoped connection. HADDA provides guides; KACI provides checklists.
The tools available today track enquiries. They do not autonomously find customers, send sales messages or guarantee revenue.
No inbox is connected by default. Any future connection must be scoped, with access and data use agreed. The current tracker needs no paid AI API.
WASABIA stops allowing changes after 30 days; reading and export remain available. No payment or paid renewal starts automatically. The free local tracker does not expire.
Public guides and the KACI checklist are available now. For an invited beta workspace, contact MERDOUD with your record reference and issue; do not include passwords. Response times and ongoing maintenance are not guaranteed and must be agreed for a future paid service.
Yes: first test a fictional enquiry in the free tracker. For integration, describe your existing tools so we can assess a small pilot. Commercial activity remains in preparation; no online payment is active.
IN PRACTICE
A customer asks for a fitted room. You need the dimensions, then the plans, then a quote. Our tools help you keep that sequence visible in one record.
Your team enters information and makes decisions. Connecting your email or business software requires a separate integration.
02 — THE ECOSYSTEM
MERDOUD is the project name. Each tool below has a specific purpose: you do not need to use all of them.
DA3BOUZ combines a free browser tracker with custom tool connections, scoped and quoted separately. The free tool is available; customer integrations are built around your needs.
KACI
An acceptance checklist and open-source tracker to prepare your first pilot.

03 — OUR APPROACH
Every project starts with your processes, your constraints and a concrete problem to solve. We define the expected outcome together.
A clear scope, appropriate tools and a first prototype. You can review the solution before it is deployed.
Testing, documentation and onboarding: an automation should be understandable, usable and maintainable.
We review how the solution performs and identify useful improvements. Observed results guide the next steps.
LET’S BUILD WHAT’S NEXT
Tell us your trade, your existing tools and one enquiry that was difficult to follow. We can define the first workflow to test.
